1. Please park in designated parking areas not on the grass.
2. No glass on the beach.
3. Quiet time starts at 11pm.
4. We are dog friendly, however your dog must be well behaved or be on a leash.
5. Garbage and recycling picked up between 10-11am daily.
6. Only One tent per cottage
7. Day visitors welcome until 10pm, must provide licence plate # and number of guests.
8. Kitchen items must remain in each individual cottage. Please wash and put away all dishes before leaving.
9. Please leave the cottage as you found it. (specifically furniture and electronics)
10. Check in time is 3pm. Check out time is 10am.
11. No smoking/vaping indoors.
12. Do NOT put anything on top of propane heaters.
13. Our beachfront ends at the cement stairs, please respect our neighbours private property.
Your deposit will be fully refunded if your reservation is cancelled 8 weeks in advance. If reservations are cancelled 2-7 weeks in advance your
refund will be based on whether that Cottage has been re-booked during that time period.
You are responsible for your pet, both inside and outside the cabin. Your dog must be leashed if outside your cabin limits. Any excess cleaning or
attention required as a result of pet occupancy or damage incurred will be subject to additional charges and will be assessed at the end of your stay.
Smoking and Vaping will only be allowed on your cabin deck & picnic table area. Please respect our other guests.
Sandy Beach Cottages reserve the right to ask any uncooperative guests to leave. All guests must register at our site office upon arrival a $300 deposit
will be required for all Cottage reservations.
